EXCELLENT QUALITY, SUPERIOR SERVICE
During the warranty period, in case the defect of material or workmanship has occurred with spare parts in normal operation, the defective part will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at our discretion.
There are two ways we can ship the compensated spare parts:
1) Upon the urgent request from our customers, we will ship the spare part by international courier, such as DHL, TNT, Fedex, etc. The courier will arrive in 3-5 days. Clients will assume the courier expense.
2) If request from client is urgent, but the parts is heavy and will cost too much if ship by courier, then we will advise to make it by air, by airline.
3) For the regular claim for spare parts, we will ship it by container or with next shipment of new machines. The shipment expense is free.
